The venue is fabulous, with perfect food and lovely location in a different restaurant. Good sized, beautifully presented room with a work desk, a couch bed and an electric kettle. Exceptionally comfortable bed.

The lack of air conditioning in our apartment was unbearable during the hot summer nights. We hardly got any sleep. We struggled with the cramped pool area where it was impossible to find loungers as people reserved them way too early. The experience was quite disappointing given the many aspects that fell short.

The large balcony was fantastic for enjoying some quiet time after a long day. Tip, Don't miss out on the pool. It's worth spending time there.

The overall experience here was pleasant, with spacious and clean rooms that offered a lovely sea view. While the pool was nice, the sunbed reservation issue was quite frustrating. Staff were generally helpful, but the reception felt rushed, lacking the warmth found elsewhere in the hotel.

We explored Masca beach after a fantastic hike and enjoyed the mini-golf on site. The location is great, super close to everything you need. Just a heads up, though, the restaurant food might not suit everyone, so you might want to consider cooking in.

Very spacious apartments with nice balconies. The heated pool is great. Had issues with cleanliness on arrival. Pool area often crowded with noise, making it less relaxing. Good options for mini-golf and entertainment like themed dinner nights.

The upkeep of the whole complex was impressive and very clean! Definitely felt we got our money's worth compared to the pictures online.

The arch of trees leading to the pool created a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant staff were good, especially Nelson and Ana, were really nice to ensure we enjoyed our meals.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment with a nice kitchenette and laundry facilities. The heated pool was perfect, and the kids loved the children's pool area. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was helpful with organizing excursions. Great for families with plenty of sitting space and a big dining area both inside and outside.

The pool area was a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for enjoying the sunny Tenerife weather. The spacious room had a good balcony where I could sip my morning coffee while soaking in the views.
